Check-in / Out
Deposit / Booking Confirmation
A third of the total cost of your stay is required as a deposit for booking confirmation.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due before guests leave Otterstone. We accept cash or online bank transfers but unfortunatly we cannot accept card payments.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be fully refunded within 28 days or 50% refunded within 14 days notice. In the event of cancellation notice being given in less than 14 days prior to the stay, the deposit is non refundable.
Smoking
Otterstone is a no-smoking Bed and Breakfast. Guests are kindly asked to smoke outside the house.
- Check-in is after 4pm
- Check-out is by 10:30am
